Who Doesn't Need A Fitness Trainer?

Fitness Trainer

Who is it that does not need a personal fitness trainer? Most people, actually. That's not to say that a large percentage of the population wouldn't benefit from having their own personal trainer, not at all. But do they NEED a trainer? No. However, due to busy lifestyles, lack of knowledge, and many other factors, many people will see better progress towards both improved health and fitness and their body-composition goals if they use the services of a trainer.

Still, there is also a group of people who really has no need, nor would they benefit from the services of, a personal trainer? Who are these people? They're the ones that get up at 5 AM to run five miles three or four times a week. They're the ones that always find time to make it to the gym when they've planned a workout. They're the guys that eat a healthy diet all the time, with only the occasional junk food treat. They're the gals that don't need someone else to motivate them to work out - their desire to be fit and healthy provides all the motivation they need. They're the people that love to research health and fitness, and don't mind spending hours on the internet or with a book to obtain some new information. They're the ones that already have bodies with low percentage of bodyfat and strong cardiovascular systems.

Actually, a large portion of these people will actually become personal trainers because of their love of and interest in the health and fitness field. The remainder will just utilize their motivation, interest and skills to benefit their own progress towards their health and fitness ideals, which is great. People like this can be fantastic role models who can provide the motivation for others to begin taking better care of their own bodies, whether they try to do it on their own or decide that they need a personal trainer to light the path.

Unfortunately, there's another group of individuals that doesn't need a personal trainer. These are the couch potatoes that have no interest in improving their health or energy levels. They think all disease stems from their genes and there's nothing they can do to improve their health or reduce their chance of being struck by a major health concern such as cancer, heart disease or diabetes. With all the information to the contrary in the news media these days, you have to wonder how someone can have such a viewpoint. Anyway, these closed-minded individuals would just be wasting money on a fitness trainer. Since you've come to this website, I assume you're not one of them.
